We believe in complete transparency about what we monitor and what we can't see. Our monitoring software is designed to keep your devices secure while respecting your privacy.

Our monitoring software tracks only technical information needed to keep your device healthy and secure:

  • Device Status: Whether your computer is on, off, or sleeping
  • Security Software: Antivirus status and last scan date
  • System Updates: Available operating system and software updates
  • Disk Space: How much storage is available on your device
  • Performance Metrics: CPU usage, memory usage, and system health
  • Hardware Info: Device model, operating system version

That's it. No personal data, no browsing history, no files.

The monitoring software CANNOT and WILL NOT access:

  • ❌ Your personal files, documents, photos, or videos
  • ❌ Websites you visit or your browsing history
  • ❌ Your emails, messages, or any communication
  • ❌ Passwords, login credentials, or financial information
  • ❌ Your screen or take screenshots
  • ❌ Your webcam or microphone
  • ❌ Your keystrokes or what you type
  • ❌ Your location or GPS data

Important: The software only monitors system-level health metrics, not personal activity.

Absolutely not. We NEVER connect to your computer without your explicit permission.

How remote support works:

  1. You submit a support ticket
  2. We respond and request permission to connect
  3. You approve the connection
  4. We send you a one-time connection code
  5. You enter the code to allow us in
  6. You can see everything we do on your screen
  7. You can disconnect at any time

Every connection requires your approval. We cannot "sneak in" or connect while you're away.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data:

  • All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • Monitoring data is encrypted at rest
  • Your portal password is hashed and never stored in plain text
  • We follow SOC 2 compliance standards

Yes, absolutely. You have complete control:

  • You can temporarily pause monitoring at any time from your portal
  • You can permanently uninstall the software if you cancel your subscription
  • We'll provide clear uninstall instructions when you cancel
  • All your data will be deleted within 30 days of cancellation

Note: While monitoring is paused, we won't be able to proactively alert you to issues or security threats.

Getting Started

Setting up is easy! After you subscribe:

  1. You'll receive an email with a download link
  2. Click the link to download our monitoring software
  3. Run the installer (it takes about 2 minutes)
  4. Enter your account code when prompted
  5. That's it! Your device is now protected

The software runs quietly in the background and you won't even notice it's there.

We support:

  • Windows: Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Mac: macOS 11 (Big Sur) and newer

Support & Billing

There are three ways to get help:

  1. Submit a ticket: Log in to your dashboard and create a ticket. We respond within 24 hours.
  2. Email us: [email protected]
  3. Call us: (941) 223-7155 during business hours

Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Urgent issues are prioritized.

Billing is simple and transparent:

  • All plans are billed monthly on the date you sign up
  • Your credit card is charged automatically
  • You'll receive an email receipt for each payment
  • View all invoices in your dashboard
  • Update payment method anytime

No long-term contracts. No hidden fees. Cancel anytime.

Yes! Cancel anytime with no penalties or fees.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Billing
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. After that, monitoring will stop and you can uninstall the software.

  2. Detection: If we detect suspicious activity, we'll alert you immediately
  3. Removal: Submit a ticket and we'll help remove any malware or viruses
  4. Recovery: We'll help restore your system to normal operation

Important: We work alongside your existing antivirus software. We don't replace it.

Yes! Our service monitors and manages your antivirus, but doesn't replace it.

We recommend:

  • Windows: Windows Defender (built-in) or your preferred antivirus
  • Mac: macOS built-in security is usually sufficient

We'll make sure your antivirus is always running and up-to-date.
